Terms Of Service

You will be held responsible for all actions performed by your account whether it be done by you or by others! If server security is compromised, the account holder is responsible for all violations of the TOS and AUP, including SPAM, and all disconnect and reconnect fees associated with violations.

THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN Zeroport and you where ” you ” is referred to as ( ” Account Holders ” , ” Users “, ” Members ” , ” Customers ” , or ” Subscribers ” )

These are the detailed terms of service for offshore hosting and servers only.

Summary – This is free speech webhosting for websites like forums, communities, download sites, etc. There are few content restrictions and all is in accordance with laws and regulations of The Netherlands. There is no leeway on the rules that we do have, proper procedure is first to contact you for warning, second to suspend your site, third time – account termination. Do not sign up if you plan to do anything against the rules, we do check these things and we will know, do not waste ours and your time by signing up if you thnk you will be able to sneak by us and break the terms.

We reserve the right to reject, terminate or disable any service with or without cause per admin discretion. This is a strictly self-managed hosting, if you abuse our ticket or support system by submitting requests or complaints we will disable your account. The only time you should contact us about the offshore hosting is if there is a problem with the server.

Use of Zeroport Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Zeroport’s policies are subject to the terms above and as follows:



Establishment of service is reliant upon receipt by the Company of payment of affirmed charges. Following payments are due on the anniversary date of the month for that month’s service. If you fail to pay on the day due your service with Zeroport will be suspended for 7 days. On the 7th day once the account has been passed 0:00AM GMT your account will terminated with a concerned terminated notice. If your are away for a holiday, business meetings away from the PC unable to pay. Please do advise us before the actions happend so we can sort out a matter. If this matter has not been told there is no excuse at all. This is your responsibility.

Payments and Fees: 
Accounts that reach 7 days past due will be suspended and will be added a late fee of $1.50 to recover your service online. Accounts that are not collectable by Zeroport may be turned over to an outside collection agency for collection. If you desire to cancel your account, please follow submit a ticket into the Billing Department before 7Days of day of due.

Failure to Pay: 
Zeroport will terminate your service after the 7th day of suspension. We could deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Subscriber to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.
Account Cancellation:

Requests for canceling accounts has to be made through the helpdesk system.

Zeroport ‘s method of cancellation is via the helpdesk of your Web Hosting account. Please log into the helpdesk and you can request to have your account cancelled. We need a notice before 7 days at all times. If seven days has past this is your responsibility and will need to take further action from our billing department.

Verbal abuse, threatening to any of our staff members will be a ground for immediate termination of accounts & services without refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your account at any time and for any reason. It is your full responsibility to create backups of your website, including files, e-mail accounts, databases and so on.

Please note: 
Zeroport will not issue refunds to users who have their account terminated by Zeroport, for breach of our terms of service. Refunds will not be made to users who exceed their allocated bandwidth limit. Accounts that are renewed for additional terms are also not subject to our money back guarantees at any cost.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement:

We never ask for any of your personal information and will never give it to third parties [Unless it is very destructive]. We provide additional privacy solutions. We always care for our customers because they are most important to us. In addition Zeroport shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement without any consent.


Support Boundaries:

Zeroport, provides technical support to our subscribers and our staff is limited to our area of expertise.

The following are our guidelines when providing support:
Zeroport does not offer tech support for application specific issuessuch as cgi php programming, html or any other such issue.
Zeroport does not provide technical support for your customers directly. You need to forward there question to [email protected] or Ticket system for assistance.


SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE):

Zeroport takes a zero percent tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of Zeroport may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of Zeroport may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service.
Violation of Zeroport’s SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy , Zeroport will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, Zeroport may restrict and a suspension will occur, customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, Zeroport may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer’s account without any consent given. Further, Zeroport reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. Zeroport will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.
As our Customers are ultimately responsible for the actions of their clients over the Zeroport network, it is advisable that customers develop a similar, or stricter, policy for their clients.


Bandwidth and Disk Usage: 
Customer agrees that bandwidth and disk usage shall not exceed the number of megabytes per month for the Services ordered by Customer on the Order Form (the “Agreed Usage”). Zeroport will monitor Customer’s bandwidth and disk usage. Zeroport shall have the right to take corrective action if Customer’s bandwidth or disk usage exceeds the Agreed Usage which could be account suspension. Such corrective action may include the assessment of additional charges, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, which actions may be taken is in Zeroport’s sole and absolute discretion. If Zeroport takes any corrective action under this section, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action. In the event that a customer exceeds the included allocation, Zeroport may, at its sole discretion, collect a deposit, in an amount determined by Zeroport, against customer’s credit card on file with Zeroport

System and Network Security: 
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Zeroport Network. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Zeroport will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations. These violations include, without limitation:

Accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account, which such User is not authorized to access.

Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of overloading, “flooding”, “mail bombing” or “crashing”.

Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

Taking any action in order to obtain services to which such User is not entitled.

Notification of Violation:
Zeroport is under no duty to look at each customer’s or user’s activities to determine if a violation of the TOS has occurred, nor do we assume any responsibility through our TOS to monitor or police Internet-related activities.

Miscellaneous Provisions:
You must provide us with, and keep current, good contact information for you. E-mail, mobile, and telephone contacts are used. If you have any false information was given while ordering or account ordered. Your account will be refunded or a account suspension given until further notice.

Zeroport takes no responsibility for any material input by others and not posted to the Zeroport Network by Zeroport. Zeroport is not responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the Zeroport Network; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only. Zeroport disclaims any responsibility for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party’s violation of this policy.

Zeroport is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Zeroport does not make implied or written warranties for any of our services. Zeroport denies any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any service interruptions caused by Zeroport. It is your right to backup your data at all times. We do not take any right to backup data, If a data loss occurs on one of Zeroport server Nodes. We are not at fault at any cost. You have 100% right to backup your data at all times.

It is absolutely forbidden to IRC servers on. Accounts found hosting this material will be subject to immediate cancellation with account termination without refund.

99% uptime guarantee:

If for any reason (except for scheduled downtimes) our network or servers are down for longer than 1% in any month, you can request a 10% discount for your following month’s services. For clients paying yearly, the equivalent to 20% of a monthly payment will be deducted off the next payment.


Third Parties

Information collected on this site is strictly for our use, No other person except Zeroport Team will be able to access your private data any costs.

Information Automatically Logged:

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. We use this information for no other reason.

Obscene Speech or Materials:

Using Zeroport’ Solutions servers to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material is prohibited. Zeroport is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on or being transmitted through its network.

Defamatory or Abusive Language:

Using Zeroport’ Solutions as a means to make, say or post negative, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language may conclude your account as a suspension with a formal notice. A cancellation fee may be needed for your account to be unsuspended. If your “Account Holder” does pay the cancellation fee your account may be provisioned as terminated within 7days.

Backups and Data Loss:

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. Zeroport is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree totake full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Zeroport’s servers.

Responsibility for Content:

You, as Zeroport’s customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your Zeroport server.



We will not be held responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us or our employees.

Changes to the TOS:

We reserve the right to revise the terms of service at any time and without prior notice.
